Yoga Classes - Beginners


This course is specifically targeted at those approaching Yoga for the first time, and it is particularly suited to people wishing to get a better knowledge of their physical limits, so as to work on overcoming them through a gradually progressing journey planned according to their skills.
The basic Asanas will be introduced, and breathing techniques will be taught in accordance with the seasonal cycle.
