This activity can be performed by everyone: you needn’t be proficient in the discipline. All you have to do is love yourself and take care of your physical and psychological well-being.
This Yoga seminar is meant to follow a path toward reaching a physical and mental state of calm, which in turn can stimulate and develop a deeper awareness of our own being: we’ll follow the rhythm of Nature (SEASONS), seek energy balance (MERIDIANS), and evaluate nutritional advice (FOOD).
