This activity can be performed by everyone: you needn’t be proficient in the discipline. All you have to do is love yourself and take care of your physical and psychological well-being. Thanks to my experience gained over several years of practice and thanks to my colleagues & students and their requests, I decided it was necessary to try a useful way to make our difficulties in reaching certain positions less tiring. Optimizing training with the help of a partner and practicing exercises in pairs allows you to gain greater knowledge of your body and correct postures. A fun and stimulating alternative to individual practice that allows you to correctly face postures that are difficult to achieve alone.
